I can’t believe November is half over; the year is slipping away!  I’m just thankful for every day and hope that our year continues the way it has begun—wonderful!

Next week we have a full week with only one interruption – Space Day!  On Thursday, the 6^th graders get to travel to LCSC in Lewiston to be astronauts for the morning.  The college puts on a fun and activity-filled morning so they can learn all about space.  We will leave HFS about 9 am and return about 11:20 am.  If you are able to drive, please let me know below.  You would need to be at school about 8:55 am.  If you do want to drive, does Kelli have your insurance information in the office and is your safe-net training up-to-date?  I really appreciate your volunteering.  I know that many of you have to take time off from work, and we love you for it!!

Thursday:  Trimester 1 Ends

            Space Day at LCSC 9:15-11:05 am, see above for information

            We will talk about new reading requirements for trimester 2
